To connect an existing database to the app and add the app’s properties to it:

• Share your existing database with the app here. Once it’s connected, it will be displayed here.

• Note: The automation won’t add properties with the same name as the ones that are used by the app, which are:

  • Property names

  If you have properties with those names in your database, please rename them before using the automation. It will skip any duplicate properties but the app won’t work if you submit pages with invalid dropdown options.

• Click the Configure button next to the database in the app

• Configure your database page template to pre-populate key details

• Add a button to populate the Submitted By and Status properties and clear any error messages -

  

  The button should also send a webhook to https://loomyn.app/api/notion/notion-webhook with the following properties selected:

  • Submitted By
  • Image Status
  • Prompt (not Prompt Text)
  • Model
  • Mode
  • Format
  • Quality
  • Images
  • Images Created
  • Last Image Generated
  • Total Cost
  • Transparent Background
